The vision of Black Heritage Tour (BHT) Golf Challenge, Inc. is to establish a Junior Golf Tour with competitions, clinics; and camps;

while acknowledging our African American history;

and the promotion of tours for African American historical sites throughout the Mid-Atlantic area for underserved boys and girls.

Black Heritage Tour (BHT) Golf Challenge, Inc. has set out to positively impact the lives of diverse populations to include youth (boys and girls), retirees, military, non-profit organizations and for-profit corporations by growing the game of golf.  Through growing the game of golf, Black Heritage Tour (BHT) Golf Challenge, Inc. is seeking to become a trusted organization within the Junior Golf World by offering an alternative with practical junior golf solutions for youth who one day, dream of entering college to play golf.   Black Heritage Tour (BHT) Golf Challenge, Inc. is focused on providing high-level Junior Golf camps and youth golf clinics with premier pre-college golf information and training for the student-athlete.  Black Heritage Tour(BHT) Golf Challenge, Inc. events are safe, reliable and highly organized environments to help junior golfers develop into the players they want to become.

Our Mission

The Black Heritage Tour (BHT) Golf Challenge, Inc.  which is a non-profit corporation was envisioned by Coach Sandy Milligan, Vincent Leggett and Dr. Wade Poole to organize charitable golf events, special golf-related outings to include hosting junior golf clinics and camps benefiting 501 (c)(3) charitable foundations’ fundraising in the Mid-Atlantic.

Additionally, as a non-recruiting and non-scouting service, Black Heritage Tour (BHT) Golf Challenge, Inc. allows college coaches the opportunity to instruct, evaluate, and interact with the Junior Golfers from all across the country.  

The mission of Black Heritage Tour (BHT) Golf Challenge, Inc. is the following:

         (a)  Operate the divisional BHT Junior Golf Tourfor underserved youth boys and girls; (b) organize charitable golf fundraisingevents, clinics, and summer camps to support junior golf; (c) conduct AfricanAmerican history tours, educational outings, to include pre-collegiate programsand summits; (d) support student-athlete scholarships for underserved studentsof color to attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs); and (e)to engage in any other activities that are consistent with Section 501(c)(3) ofthe Internal Revenue Code and applicable state law of Maryland.
